Each tutorial should include a short video, matching screenshots, a written step list, a transcript, and links to the related documentation and FAQ answers.
Priority Tutorial Set
Produce these first so the landing page, docs, FAQ, and Chrome listing can reuse the same media.
Combine into one PDF
Show the default PDF recipe, filename preview, size estimate, and successful download.
Split PDFs by group
Switch to split output, show one preview per group, then export multiple PDFs.
Custom order
Open Custom order, move files, exclude one item, apply, and show the updated group preview.
Sorted ZIP
Switch from PDF to ZIP, choose grouped or flat layout, and export a clean archive.
Workspace folders
Show setup, job folders, save target choices, source archive filing, and browser support notes.
Capture Checklist
- Record a clean sample run. Use the included sample archive so the workflow can be repeated reliably.
- Capture one screenshot per feature. Name files by feature and viewport, such as
combine-pdf-desktop.png. - Export a short transcript. Put the transcript on the same page as the video so users and search engines can read it.
- Add stable metadata. Every tutorial page needs a title, description, canonical URL, thumbnail, upload date, and related docs links.
- Reuse the same frame. Each page should use
/brand.css, the shared header, and the tutorial template.

Publishing Standard
A tutorial is ready to publish when it has a working page URL, visible written steps,
embedded media or a linked video placeholder, accessible screenshots, transcript text,
share metadata, and an entry in /sitemap.xml.
